In order to protect all franchise units, the franchiser insists that all terms of the contractual agreement are adhered to and executed at the highest level of standards and strictest guidelines. If franchisee does not act in accordance with or comply to standards of execution agreed to in contractual agreement it can and will jeopardize the continuance of the franchise agreement.
